While we encourage you to contact us with any questions via email, we ask that you do NOT submit your credit card number in any email correspondence. Email is not encrypted and therefore not secure.

For U.S. and international customers, it is best to pay by credit card or cheque made out in Canadian dollars. You will get the best rate of exchange from the credit card company or your bank. Do not send money orders as rates of exchange fluctuate.

All Canadian customers pay GST. There is no provincial sales tax. U.S. and international customers do not pay any taxes.

Shipping

We ship by common carrier, mail or bus. If you have a P.O. Box number, please include a street address as well. We charge a flat rate of $8.00 per order in Canada and $12.00 for U.S. and international shipping. These rates include handling and insurance. Where possible, we recycle containers to ease the strain on the environment and save trees.

Upon request, express delivery services are available for an additional cost.

New for 2008! We are considering incorporating a new feature on this website in 2008 — an online shopping cart, so you will be able to make your selection and submit your order online. Do let us know if you would find this feature to be something you would use. We will always accept phone, fax and mail orders even if we do build an online shopping cart for our customers.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return it - in the same condition as purchase - for refund or exchange within seven (7) days from date of delivery. Sorry, but we do not refund shipping except in the case of defective goods or an error on our part, in which case we will reimburse you. Merchandise returned C.O.D. will not be accepted. We will pay the outgoing charges on goods sent for exchange.
