We so appreciate our customers and patrons. Here’s what they say about PaSu.

From the moment you walk through the doors you are greeted by one of the owners and her ever-so-friendly staff. Was awestruck with the size of the gift shop. Prices were very reasonable. The South African BBQ was fantastic – food was excellent, service was excellent. If you’re looking for a memorable experience, go to PaSu Farm!

Really enjoyed the Father's Day brunch! The food was fabulous, lots of selections and very, very good desserts! We were able to sit after our meals with a cocktail and enjoy the wonderful surroundings. We will be back for sure!!

PaSu Farm is a very special and unique place. Our family gathering last night celebrating birthdays for three generations was a huge success. Beyond the delicious South African BBQ buffet and excellent personalized service, the spacious venue and gracious hosts allowed us all to fully enjoy a special evening. Importantly, our five grandchildren were able to roam and adventure, allowing the rest of us to visit and enjoy.

PaSu Farm is a staple in our community. Been coming here for 20 years. You have to try the scones! And the lunch sounds simple, but it's so fresh, and the homemade buns… delicious! They also have many vegetarian choices.

This is a family run restaurant in a stunning location, and they even sell some of their cuisine in frozen portions. The boutique is really unique and has something for everyone, with a variety of clothing and other items. The food and service is really great. I love the seafood night!

Such a unique great shop and early dinner with great home cooking. The staff and owners are so friendly and helpful. Their selections are for everyone. And my wool socks are the BEST! Many selections to choose from.

PaSu Farm is just one of those places that feels kind of magical the moment you get there. The views are gorgeous, and the people are super warm and welcoming, and you can really tell how much love and care goes into everything. The animals are clearly well taken care of, and there’s this calm, peaceful vibe all over the place that’s honestly hard to find anymore. Whether you’re just dropping by for a chill afternoon or looking to host something special, PaSu totally nails it. Seriously, can’t recommend it enough.

We went for a lite lunch. The food was delicious. If you want to get out of the city and have a relaxing experience with a beautiful view, this is the place. Very nice gift shop as well. We had a great chat with the owner and Peaches the parrot.

From start to finish, PaSu Farm is an absolute delight. Nestled in the countryside about 45 minutes northwest of Calgary, the setting is serene — lush rolling hills, mountain views, and a peaceful, rustic charm.
The restaurant is housed in a beautiful structure with high pine-covered ceilings, big windows, and loads of natural light. It feels cozy yet airy, elegant without being pretentious.
Food here really shines. The portion sizes are generous, the presentation is appealing, and the service friendly and genuine.
The Boutique is great for browsing after your meal.
Overall, if you’re looking for a relaxing, high-quality dining experience away from the city with a warm atmosphere and creative food, PaSu Farm is absolutely worth the drive.

A beautiful family-owned farm restaurant. Patrick and Susan are warm and welcoming. Their stories on how they started are so inspiring and sweet. The food is so delicious and organic. We have been here so many times and every single time has been great. They treat us like family and we love that. Thank you, Patrick and Susan, for being wonderful people and for the great hospitality.

I love this place. If you're looking for delicious food and family time, PaSu Farm is ideal. The scenery is beautiful from every vantage point. It's a super peaceful and relaxing place. Before entering the restaurant, you'll find a clothing store with high-quality handcrafted items. I recommend trying the red sangria and the soup of the day. The service was excellent, and I'll definitely be back soon. I highly recommend it.

Superb Saturday night BBQ!
We love lamb in all its variations, and we had long wanted to attend PaSu Farm's Saturday night BBQ. (We've visited the farm before, had a yummy buffet, and found all kinds of treasures at the farm's gift shop. Do not miss the sheepskin and woolen items at the shop!!)
Well, the Saturday BBQ exceeded our expectations in every respect! Absolutely scrumptious BBQ included lamb ribs, steak, chicken, and superb lamb sausage, as well as all the veggie and salad trimmings. The dessert was delicious fresh local fruit with a South African plaited pastry – delectable! We highly recommend spending a glorious evening enjoying this feast for the tastebuds (and meeting the charming owners, and Peaches the cockatoo). So deserving of acclaim for delicious dining using local ingredients and perfect ambience!

My family and I went for lunch. The food was clearly homemade from scratch, and fresh, a departure from mainstream mass-produced food. The buffet style lunch had a small assortment with 2-3 options for each protein, carb, salad, etc. The roast lamb was well prepared and quite tasty. Overall food was good. The kids liked seeing the baby lambs.

We stopped here on a road trip from Calgary, for afternoon lunch and tea. The farm is beautiful and we ate a delicious lunch looking out a huge window at the sheep grazing. The lamb stew, shepherd’s pie, and pulled pork sandwich were delicious but the scones and cream were to die for! There is a beautiful gift shop with unique gifts. What a beautiful way to spend lunch!

We tried the Sunday buffet. Great food, great atmosphere. The waitress was very kind and charismatic, and the food was cooked to perfection. A cool experience in general.

What a splendid restaurant. The owners are amazing, and the layout and the atmosphere here was better than most places.

PaSu Farm has a great little shop with all kinds of products, clothing, lotions, blankets etc., but the main reason we went was for lunch. The menu was great, and the food was amazing.  The restaurant has a nice view of the farmland to the mountains.  The owners are fantastic people who will spend time to visit with you.  I am definitely going to visit them again next time I am in the area.

Nice getaway from the city and chance to discover a sheep farm and some great local products. The food is decent with a combination of flavours from different cuisines. They are well known for their scones which are freshly made. Worth a visit.

Food is wonderful, and the owners are friendly and like to chat. There is a charming store next to the restaurant with lots of wool products and fair-trade items. A wonderful gem a bit off the beaten track – well worth a visit!

PaSu Farm was a delightful Sunday brunch experience. There were 2 buffet lines – soup/salad and main, each served like a farm meal. And delicious!
The staff were prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional.
The location is in the Alberta foothills with a beautiful view and rustic dining hall experience.
THIS IS A MUST!
Very highly recommended!

Staff in the store and in the restaurant are so friendly and patient. Regardless of how busy they are. The mushroom soup is amazing. The views from the dining room and patio are fantastic. Highly recommended.

To be fair, I've never even been to PaSu, but I’ve been eating their chicken vegetable soup that my friend brought me. It is THEE best chicken soup I've ever had! And I don't even like chicken vegetable soup all that much. I'll have to actually go there myself and visit (and get more of that addictive soup!) What the heck is it made with?! (Oh yeah, it says on the packaging that it’s made with love and integrity. That must be it!)

I first visited PaSu 30+ years ago for an elementary school field trip, and I've loved it ever since. My family has been out for brunch several times over the years, and it's always a great experience. The food is fresh and good, and there's a nice little gift shop to wander through, plus beautiful flower beds you can walk through and take lovely photos. The restaurant has huge windows overlooking the pasture, so you can watch the animals, and overall, it's just a really nice way to spend a couple of hours.

I don't get back to Alberta often, but when I do... I love to go to PaSu. There is nothing like some good old Alberta Beef. The bread that was served with our lunch was AMAZING too. Will go again.

Went for an afternoon tea and had the "PaSu Scones with fresh cream and Saskatoon preserves" which were amazing, especially as they are freshly cooked for you. Lovely location, great staff. All in all, a really nice treat.

I went to PaSu Farm to buy some gifts and have a birthday lunch with family, and it did not disappoint! They had a wide variety of high quality items in the store from local clothing brands, to self-care products made with PASU farm ingredients. The restaurant space was stunning with high ceilings, gorgeous tapestries, and or course, that unbeatable view of the Alberta foothills and Rocky Mountains. The meal itself was delicious and flavourful. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish and each staff member was friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back again!

Had the privilege to visit Pat and Sue this weekend for lunch. The relaxed pace of conversation, home-style meal, and quiet secluded atmosphere were rejuvenating. A gem in the West, with a nice shop for keepsakes and food souvenirs.
Being able to see the Sheep and Llama on a sunny day was a highlight! Will be going back.

WOW!!!! It was like a warm hug and a home cooked meal at once. Delicious. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Will definitely go back.

Did some online shopping for a family member. They were so wonderful to deal with on the phone. Probably the most helpful and friendly service I’ve received from anywhere!

From the moment I stepped out of my car, the grounding and soft energy of this place was extremely comforting. Once inside, I was welcomed by the most wonderful family and kind employees. The store itself is set up beautifully, with an overwhelming amount of quality, functional, stunning pieces, ranging from clothing to décor to gifts of all kinds. The atmosphere is unparalleled, and the helpful staff elevate the experience to make it one worth sharing! I didn’t have time to try out the food, but on my tour was shown the absolutely stunning dining hall. I cannot wait to return and try the diverse menu of homemade goods.
