These are also known as medical sheepskins and are shorn to an even pile of one inch. They are ideal for patient care, as they allow the circulation of air, wick away moisture, and absorb vibration to aid the comfort of the patient, alleviate pain and joint discomfort, and prevent bed sores.
They are used on wheelchairs, in car seats, on motor bikes, in trucks – any place where comfort is essential. They’re especially helpful when someone is seated for long periods and muscle fatigue is a possibility.
